Hi, I’m Crystal.

Crystal is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience working with children and families. Crystal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Social Work. With more than 20 years of experience, she has provided therapy to children, teens, and families across a wide variety of settings, allowing her to meet clients where they are and understand the unique challenges each family faces.

Her professional background includes pediatric medical social work, supporting children with complex medical needs and families navigating times of crisis. She has also provided therapeutic services within the school system and worked alongside families throughout the adoption process. These diverse experiences have given Crystal a well-rounded perspective and a deep appreciation for the resilience of children and families, helping her tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and strengths.

Crystal’s Approach

Sunlight streams through tall trees in a lush green forest with moss-covered ground.

Crystal’s approach is rooted in the belief that every child and family has unique strengths that can be used to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered. Whether I am helping a child manage anxiety, supporting a teen through life's transitions, or partnering with parents to address behavioral concerns, my goal is to help families develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

I also understand firsthand that parenting is one of the most rewarding—and challenging—roles we will ever have. As a mother of two teenage boys and wife to my husband of over 20 years, I know the joys, worries, and complexities that come with raising children through different stages of development. My hope is that every parent I work with leaves feeling more confident, connected, and equipped to support their child.

When I'm not in the therapy office, you'll likely find me cheering on my sons at their sporting events, spending time outdoors, or enjoying time with my adorable pup. These experiences keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of connection, balance, and finding joy in everyday life.

It is a privilege to walk alongside children, teens, and families as they grow, heal, and discover their potential. I look forward to helping your family build on its strengths and create positive, lasting change.
