Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidence-based treatment for young children ages 2 to 7 with behavior problems such as tantrums, defiance, aggression, impulsivity, and difficulty following directions. PCIT therapists provide live coaching to help parents reduce challenging behaviors and improve their child's emotional and social development, all while building a stronger parent-child relationship. PCIT has been shown to be effective with children who have anxiety, Autism, ADHD, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder among other mental health conditions.

The PCIT Older Child (PCIT-OC) protocol is an evidence-based adaptation of standard Parent-Child Interaction Therapy designed for children ages 7 to 10. It maintains the core live-coaching model but introduces developmentally appropriate adjustments for older children, including privilege loss procedures and advanced limit-setting.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a short-term, structured, goal-oriented form of psychotherapy. It helps individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behavior. CBT also teaches practical coping skills to improve emotional regulation and responses to challenging situations. CBT is based on the principle that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected. By changing unhelpful or distorted thought patterns, individuals can positively influence how they feel and act. CBT is used to treat anxiety, depression, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), trauma, and much more.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based, short-term treatment model designed specifically for children and adolescents (ages 3 to 18) and their parents or caregivers to process and overcome the destructive psychological impacts of a traumatic event. TF-CBT is used to help treat symptoms of any type of trauma, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Family therapy is designed to strengthen relationships and improve communication within families. Therapists support family members in navigating conflict, parenting challenges, life transitions, difficult family dynamics, or the stress of everyday demands. Sessions provide a safe and collaborative space to improve overall family functioning.
